GRP SOLE FOOTWEAR DISPLAY FOR VANS
At over 6.1m in length and 2.2m in height, originally manufactured from 50mm MDF with a spray lacquer finish, made the sole massively heavy and extremely vulnerable throughout the production, delivery and installation process.
Our aim was to provide a cost effective alternative without compromising the original design intent.
By utilizing our glass fibre facility, we have been able to provide our client with a superior product coupled with a considerable cost reduction. Further savings have been made on installation time and site labour.
We can offer flexibility with colours from the same mould, and durability of the finished surface, extending the life of the product in store.
The GRP Sole has now been included as a major feature by our client in all of their new store openings throughout Europe.

HALO, DESKS, OVER CLADDING FOR BARCLAYS BANK
Halo
- Developed to specific client requirements.
- Manufactured to exact tolerances, incorporating LED “ticker tape” system (by others)
- Produced in high gloss gel-coat resin, colour matched to clients corporate colours.

Concierge Desk
- Development of clients’ existing brief.
- Lightweight alternative to previous design
- Incorporates access for electrical connections, via the “aircraft wing” inspired, hollow legs.
- The desk has removeable legs for easy transportation and access to location.
- Can be used as an individual desk, or installed back to back to form a circular desk.
- GRP manufacture proves to be a cost effective alternative to more “traditional” construction materials.
- The manufacture in GRP proves to be a more robust material, capable of withstanding the rigours of daily use.
Counter Over-Cladding
- Client was looking for an alternative to traditional counter refurbishment finishes.
- GRP over-cladding was a cost effective alternative to re-laminating the counters and replacing counter tops.
- Simple installation carried out over 1 night, from close of the branch and completed before trading next day (no loss of trade)
- Harder wearing material than traditional laminates.
- Totally transformed tired looking counters to vibrant modern counters.

LA SENZA KNICKER DISPLAY TABLE
ID Ess approached La Senza following discussions with staff regarding the suitability of the existing painted knicker display table.
Following a site review of the product, our Account team utilised it’s many years of experience in conjunction with the client, to develop a cost effective and improved product using Glass reinforced plastic, glass & metal components.
The revised unit exceeded La Senza expectations in, cost, quality & operation.

VETERINARY SECURITY CAGE
FOR HVE
HVE commissioned us to develop Veterinary security cages in fibreglass, that are durable, washable and modular. After exhaustive research into the size, shape and specification of the individual cages, so they suit Dogs, Cats, Rabbits and assorted “other” house pets, the ideal size and specification was agreed. Moulds and samples were produced in 3 weeks and then tested for 1 month to fully assess any issues, the cages received a a-star pass. These items are now widely used in the Veterinary world at surgeries, exhibitions and shows as effective secure, robust and easy-clean cages
