DESIGN
Initially our approach is to gain a thorough understanding of your needs, we do this whether you are an architect, consultant, project coordinator or retailer, during these initial discussions with you we can advise on design criteria for such matters as mouldability and the addition of peripheral components If required, our design service will ensure improved functionality and appearance whilst reducing tooling and component costs.
TOOLING
From your drawings, an accurate pattern is produced to replicate the finished product exactly, including the surface texture. From this, a reusable GRP production mould is produced to enable the manufacture of finished products to be repeated with exact product matches.
FINISHING
Once the product has been released from the mould it moves to the finishing department where it can be trimmed as required and the addition of any peripheral components carried out, now the product has been finished and rigorously checked it can be packed and delivered….

We can manufacture mouldings using resins engineered with specific chemical properties to suit the desired application, so whether you require fire retardant mouldings that will achieve a Class 1/0 rating when tested to BS 476 Part 7, or moulded products that can withstand environmental extremes in a choice of any BS or RAL colour, we are confident that we can develop a comprehensive and cost effective solution to meet your requirements
